  • Obtaining and issuing an Energy Performance Certificate.
  • Commercial EPCs.
  • Arranging full building and home buyers surveys. Managing a Surveyor to provide you with a Home Condition Report or a full structural survey. This will be carried out by a qualified surveyor and assist in highlighting the condition of your property enabling you to maximise the value of your property.
  • Once instructed by you we will manage all relationships to ensure you receive a fast efficient service.
  • Through a network of high quality professionals we have the ability to work with your choice of estate agent, home inspectors, surveyors and solicitor.

From 1st October 2008 the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2007 requires all properties for sale or rent to have an Energy Assessment carried out.

Even if the property does not require a full Home Information Pack because the property has been on the market before the original deadline; vendors must from the 1st October have an Energy Assessment carried out and supply a hard copy of the EPC to the successful purchaser before contracts are exchanged.

Residential EPCs are also required when first new tenant moves into a rented property after 1st October 2008
